I recently stayed at a guesthouse in a quiet, safe residential area just a few kilometers outside the city center. The location was perfect for me as I prefer a peaceful environment. The staff were extremely accommodating, going out of their way to provide early breakfasts and helpful directions. The rooms were spotlessly clean and I appreciated the attention to detail, especially the balcony where I could enjoy the view. The basic amenities were all there and the breakfast provided a satisfying start to my day.
I found the parking options at this hotel to be somewhat limited, but it wasn't a major issue.

Modern small hotel with 6 rooms only. Absolutely great place. 3 km outside the city centre which can be easily reached by taxi (10 eur). Quiet location with nice garden including relax chairs. Room and equipment top standard. Good breakfast. Price-quality ratio unbeatable.Would not stay anywhere else when visiting Mantova. Free parking. Car recommended, but not absolutely necessary since Mantova operates a really efficient taxi service (based on calling a central number by phone) with very little waiting time. Hosts are very friendly. In total: one of the best offers so far found among dozens of hotels visited in Italy.

The hotel has recently been a rebuild so everthing is new, clean and modern. The facilities are very good and, although we did not use them, bikes are available for guests use. Breakfast was very good with a good choice.
Work was still being done on the hotel (painting of the outside). This did not disturb us and should be finished by this week. Unfortunately, there was no-one there to greet us when we arrived at 2pm and we had to stand outside in the heat for 45 minutes until the proprietor arrived.

The hotel offers great value for money with its affordable prices and attention to detail. I was pleasantly surprised by the modern and clean rooms, not to mention the nice bathroom. The location in a quiet safe residential area was perfect for a peaceful stay. The staff was friendly and accommodating, providing helpful directions and information. The basic amenities exceeded my expectations, and the breakfast spread, including fresh fruits, was a nice touch.
All was well and there is nothing that I believe could be improved.

The contemporary design was excellent. Very quiet out of town location.
We inaccurately judged from the website that the hotel was closer to Mendova - it was not a walkable distance, it's located in the industrial area outside of town. Owner?/manager was helpful but a bit too cavalier with our passports - left them out on the unattended desk area where anyone could have easily taken them.

Had a good Easter breakfast. the bed was comfortable and the room was clean. It was peaceful and quiet at night.
The location is inconvenient, it's too far from the center and there's no way to get there other than having a car. the shower water was cold and the Wi-Fi didn't work at all.

No one on site to meet you. It is nessercary to have a phone to call the owner to get the door entry code.

Located in a quiet, safe residential area, this guesthouse is ideal for backpackers or business travellers who are looking for a place to stay. the host provides a choice of delicious breakfast options, and the rooms are spacious, clean, and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. You can rely on public transport to explore the charming area's scenery and city centre, which is within short walking distance.
The industrial area across the road might be a turn off for some guests.

The hotel is located in a calm residential area, which provides a good night's sleep. We enjoyed the modern facilities and the cleanliness of the rooms. The breakfast was delicious and served to our liking. The staff was friendly, accommodating, and spoke good English. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located close to the city center, which allowed us to explore the city with ease.
Nothing is perfect.

The breakfast was decent, with some fruits and a variety of foods. The room was clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Plus, it was great to have parking available right outside the hotel.
The location was not ideal for our Easter break, as it was quite far from the city center and we had to rely on public transport. the lack of air conditioning in the room made it quite uncomfortable during the hot afternoons and nights.
